CPA Continuing Education Course: The CARES Act

The recently enacted federal Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security (CARES) Act is the largest emergency relief legislation in U.S. history, allocating $2.2. trillion in financial support for businesses and individuals affected by the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) and associated economic fallout. This stimulus bill also contains sweeping regulatory changes with long-lasting ramifications for the healthcare and financial sectors, among others.
 
This two-hour, 2-credit, remote-access session will be virtually hosted by 4Thought Financial group and feature guest presenter Glenn J. Franklin, managing partner of Franklin, Gringer & Cohen, PC and a specialist in employment and labor law. He will address these updates, how they affect clients, and cover a range of related issues, including the federal and New York State paid leave provisions, and more.
